For Authorized Resellers, there is no blanket MOQ — you can order individual machines for specific customers. For Regional Distributors and above, we agree on an annual volume commitment that qualifies you for territory exclusivity and tiered rebates. These targets are discussed and agreed based on your market size and business plan during the onboarding process — we do not apply one-size-fits-all numbers.

Territory exclusivity is granted at the Regional Distributor level and above. Your exclusive territory is defined in the dealer agreement — typically a country, group of countries, or major region. Within your exclusive territory, DUOMI will not appoint another distributor or accept direct orders from customers in your region without your involvement. Exclusivity is conditional on meeting agreed annual performance targets, which are reviewed annually.

All DUOMI machines carry a 1-year factory warranty covering manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship. For consumable components (drill bits, tap collets, etc.), warranty terms vary. After-sales support is provided remotely via WhatsApp/video call in the first instance. For complex installation issues, we can arrange for a DUOMI engineer to visit your customer's site — costs and logistics to be discussed per case. We also maintain a full spare parts inventory for rapid dispatch.

Yes. Regional Distributors and Strategic Partners are eligible for demo machine pricing — a reduced price on one machine intended for showroom demonstration or customer trials. We can also arrange for potential customers to conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) at our Dongguan facility before shipment, which is especially valuable for high-value or custom machine orders.

DUOMI holds CE certification (essential for selling into European markets), and is a recognized National High-Tech Enterprise in China, certified by the Ministry of Science and Technology. We also hold multiple product patents. All machines are precision-calibrated using the American API laser interferometer system. These certifications significantly reduce barriers to market entry in regulated markets and give your customers confidence in the quality and safety of the equipment.

Standard payment terms are T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit at order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established distributors with a strong track record, we can discuss extended payment terms or letters of credit (L/C). We accept payments in USD and EUR. Payment in other currencies can be arranged — please discuss with your Key Account Manager.
